Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using ElevateEd (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose of the Service

ElevateEd supports DepEd Teacher Position Reclassification/Promotion workflows: secure login, applicant profiles, evaluator portals, submissions of evidence/portfolios, ratings, comments/remarks, and audit logs.

3. Accounts & Eligibility
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You agree that account information is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or impersonation is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
  • No abuse, harassment, or circumvention of security controls.
  • No uploading of unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content/software.
  • Use the Platform only for authorized DepEd processes and official tasks.
5. Submissions & Records
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of files and information you submit.
  • Submitted materials may be used for evaluation, audit, and compliance.
  • We may retain records as required by law and policy (see Privacy Policy for data handling).
6. Evaluations & Decisions

Ratings and recommendations are performed by authorized personnel based on applicable DepEd guidelines. The Platform facilitates the process but does not itself confer rank or promotion.

7. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

8. Warranties & Liability
  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security/compliance reasons. You may cease use at any time subject to applicable retention and recordkeeping requirements.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine laws and relevant DepEd policies. Disputes shall be handled by competent authorities/venues as required by law.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
